Is the app really free?
Yes. HealthWear is free on the App Store and Google Play, also in German. There are no monthly costs for the band or the app.
How accurate are the values?
ZERO measures with an optical sensor on the underside. The values are wellness values for your everyday life and training, not medical measurements. ZERO is not a medical device and does not replace a medical examination.
Do I need a subscription?
No. You pay once and use the band and the app with no monthly fees. No membership, no minimum term, nothing to cancel.
How long does the battery last?
According to the manufacturer, up to 15 days on standby (125 mAh). In everyday use it depends on which measurements you use and how often you sync. You charge it with the included magnetic cable.
Can I shower or swim with it?
ZERO is splash-resistant: rain and hand-washing are no problem. It is not suitable for swimming. Please take it off for showering, bathing and the sauna.
Does it work with iPhone and Android?
Yes, with Android 5.0 and iOS 15 or later. You connect the band via Bluetooth to the free HealthWear app, available on the App Store and Google Play, also in German.
How does shipping work?
Shipping is free and takes 4 to 10 business days. As soon as your parcel is on its way, you'll receive an email with shipment tracking.
Can I return it?
Yes. PRACTS ZERO comes with our 30-day money-back guarantee: if you don't like the band, email us at info@practs.de within 30 days of receipt. We'll send you the return address and refund the purchase price as soon as the complete band (with charging cable) has arrived with us. Return shipping is at your cost, unless the item is damaged, faulty or the wrong item was delivered.
The guarantee is given by PRACTS (info@practs.de) in addition to your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal and the statutory warranty. These rights remain unaffected.
