  • We offer free standard shipping on all orders unless otherwise stated at checkout.

  • You are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.

5. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day risk-free return policy, allowing you to test your watch at your convenience. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product within 30 days of receipt and receive a full refund.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the product is proven to be defective or incorrectly delivered.

For defective products, you may choose between:

  • A 50% discount voucher for a future purchase, or
  • A 100% discount voucher for a replacement order of the same product.

If you do not wish to accept a voucher, you may request a full refund within the 30-day period.

6. Warranty

All our products include a 2-year warranty that covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions under normal, intended use.

Please note that the warranty does not cover damage caused by improper handling, accidents, wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications.

For valid warranty claims, customers may be entitled—depending on the severity of the issue, product availability, and overall assessment—to a replacement product, repair, or a voucher/discount.

To make a warranty claim, please contact us at info@practs.de and provide your order number, photos/videos of the issue, and a brief description of the problem.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Practs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.
